Yoga - Its history
Yoga is the oldest physical and spiritual practice known in the history of mankind. It has its historical origins in India where it is still strongly practiced
The practice
Yoga practices are diverse, they have evolved over time, but they all revolve around the core that represents the inner quest. Yogic practices have the effect to clean, stimulate our bodies, improve our capital health, they also help to overcome our bodily limits. Yoga is a great way to balance and harmonize the body, mind, emotions. This is possible through the practice of asana postures, pranayama breath, concentration, meditation. The effects of yoga practice brings deep muscular relaxation and a powerful energy stimulation. This inherently acts on our physical and mental state, bringing a greater presence to self, others, more concentration. Yoga will help us to more easily take a step back to the events that we encounter throughout our lives.
By practicing yoga we develop all aspects of our personality, to the more intimate, encouraging greater confidence in life.
It is a discipline accessible to anyone without age limit, who wish to take control of their journey.
