BELTANE 1ST MAY
It is springtime and all the beautiful blossoms of the trees and flowers are coming out and it is also the time of year that you need to clean and detoxify your bodies. During the winter months we all eat heavier foods, stay indoors more with indoor pollution contributing to our toxicity. Daily we are bombarded by toxins in the air from cars, airplanes, factories, our water has chemicals from factories or to kill the bacteria’s in the water such as chlorine which damages your cells that lowers your immune system and leads to chronic health conditions. Foods with artificial colorants and sweeteners, preservatives, pesticides, herbicides, high amounts of sugar and salt which lead to ADD, ADHD, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, heart disease and arthritis just to name a few of the many chronic health conditions that all these toxins cause. I started cleansing my intestinal system over 28 years ago and it improved my energy levels, cleared up my skin , my immune system became stronger and I lost weight. After that I did a lung cleanse which cleared the mucous and fungus that I had from Valley Fever. Then it was time to detoxify my liver with Chinese herbs, which improved my digestion. I realized after all of this that I needed to share what I learned about cleansing and detoxing and how it can help everyone.
I offer a Dynamic Detox program that cleanses and detoxifies the liver, large intestine and kidneys. It is done through a healthy diet, supplements, juicing and hydrotherapy. The intensive part of the Dynamic Detox is one week personalized program where you receive a group coaching call from me each day; then each week for 3 weeks you receive a maintenance program and a group coaching once a week. I am there every step of the way to lead you to toxin free, happy and healthy life.
If you would like to clean up your life, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] and check out my website- http://www.lorriehargis.com/

2ND FEBRUARY 2015
I am contributing to the Angie’s newsletter with an article on Iridology and Detoxing.
My Story
My parents introduced me to an Iridologist and natural health in 1988. The Iridologist, looked at my eyes, told me my inherent weakness and wrote a program, which consisted of Diet to build my inherent weakness and detoxing which consisted of colon cleansing. My health improved in about 6 weeks and people started asking what I was doing. At the time, I couldn’t stop myself from reading books on health, health cookbooks, healthy diet, and Iridology.
In 1989, I decided to become a certified Iridologist and take the Iridology course from the founder of Iridology in the United States called Dr. Bernard Jensen. The course was phenomenal especially when your teacher is 85 years old, teaching the course while jumping on a mini trampoline. Then, 1991, I took another Iridology course from Dr. Jack Ritchason, who discovered the immune response in the eye and how candida is connected.
So what is Iridology? Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye, particularly of its colour, textures and changes. It is a gentle noninvasive way of identifying inherent strengths and weaknesses in the body. Through iris analysis, areas of the body that are deficient and lack vitality to resist illness can be determined and supported through good nutrition and other holistic methods.
Another specialty of Dr. Bernard Jensen’s was detoxing the body through colon cleansing. He wrote many books and lectures on this subject. He believed “ death begins in the colon,” therefore, I have been trained in this kind of detoxing however there are other organs (liver, kidneys, and lungs) in the body that be detoxed, too. It will depend on what I am seeing in the Iris of the eye of each individual to know which organ to detoxify first. Each person is put on a good nutritional program to build the body at the same time they are detoxifying.
If you are interested in having an Iridology session or becoming involved in my DETOX program please contact me at: [email protected]
